PURPOSE:To simplify an operation procedure by plural pieces of business information with a user ID and a series of execution program names to operate the work as a pair. CONSTITUTION:When a user inputs a user ID from an input device 6, a user recognizing means 1 retrieves a non-volatile memory 8 through a non-volatile memory access means 5 with the user ID. In the operation after a second one, the user ID equal to the inputted user ID exists on the non-volatile memory 8, a series of the execution program names is also recorded on the non-volatile memory 8, and therefore, an execution program recognizing means 2 does not obtain the execution program names from a user, obtains the execution program names from the non-volatile memory 8 and informs an execution program loading means 3. The execution program loading means 3 develops the execution program having the execution program names informed from the execution program recognizing means 2, from an auxiliary storage device 7 onto a main storage device 9. Thus, the efficiency of the operation procedure and the shortening of the operation time can be executed. |
