PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition useful as a lipstick, having excellent gloss, light spread and refreshing touch, comprising an organic silicone resin having a three-dimensional network structure, silicone oil component having low degree of polymerization and hydrocarbon wax as essential components. CONSTITUTION:10-90wt.% based on total amount of a polishing composition of an organic silicone resin having preferably 1,500-200,000 molecular weight and an average unit shown by formula I (R is 1-6C alkyl or phenyl, n is 1.0-1.8) is blended with a silicone oil component shown by formula II (n is 1-20) having low degree of polymerization, which is preferably dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, etc., has preferably 3,000-20,000cs mixed viscosity of the organic silicone resin and the silicone oil component having the low degree of polymerization and good compatibility with hydrocarbon wax and 0.5-25wt.% based on total amount of the polishing composition of the hydrocar bon wax such as microcrystalline wax, polyethylene wax or ceresine wax as essential components to give the polishing composition. The polishing composi tion may contain a humectant, pigment, etc. |
