PRODUCING METHOD FOR L-GLUTAMIC ACID OXIDASE

The method of preparing new L-glutamate oxidase comprises: (a) culturing streptomyces sp. X-119-6 (ATCC 39343) in medium containing 200g of wheat bran; (b) filtering the cultured broth and adding 50% of ammonium sulfate to the filterate; (c) heating the mixture at 57≦̸C for 30 mins; (d) dialyzing heat-treated mixture and passing through DEAE-sepharose CL-6B column; (e) concentrating the active parts and passing the mixture through sephadex G-200 column; (f) dialyzing the active parts and freeze-drying.
