NEW MATERIAL:A substance having 18000-22000 molecular weight and amino acid residues of aspartic acid, threonine, serin, glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, throsine, phenylalanine, lysin, histidine and arginine. USE:Useful for homogeneous method for measuring enzyme immune in a clinical inspection. The aimed substance exhibits an inhibiting action selective to a malic acid dehydrogenase and does not react with a conjugate enzyme integrated in diagnostic medicine. PREPARATION:For example, Streptomyces.espi K-2 (FERM P-9583) is aerobically cultivated at 25-30 deg.C and pH of nearly neutrality to produce and accumulate the aimed substance. |
