PURPOSE:To enable automatization of all on insertion of wires, by a method wherein one wire is protruded by turning off a power source for a magnet attracting a spring piece, this wire is located at a wire guide hole with a jig, and is inserted into the hole by driving the wire with a pin actuated with other magnet. CONSTITUTION:When a power source for a magnet 27 is turned off, a wire 1a is returned to its original position by energy stored in a spring piece 44. That is, the wire 1a passes near two faces 38, 39 while it is being guided by inclined surfaces 40, 41 of a jig 22, and is supplied near a wire guide 7. Then, when a jig 24 is moved to a specific position in the X direction, the wire 1a is slightly moved in the X and Y directions with the jig 24, and is pressed to two faces 38, 39 of the jig, completing the positioning in the X and Y directions to a hole 17a. Then, when power is supplied to a magnet 31, since a plate spring 32 is attracted to the magnet 31, a pin 29 descends and the wire 1a is inserted. |
