<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to efficiently produce a live vaccine, by integrating desired extraneous DNA to DNA domain unessential to propagation of an avipoxvirus among the DNA of avipoxvirus. CONSTITUTION:It is found out that a recombinant avipoxvirus capable of propagating while producing an useful substance is obtained by identifying DNA domain unessential to propagation of avipoxvirus among DNA of the virus and integrating extraneous DNA to the DNA domain. A promoter is preferably integrated at the upper basin on 5' side of the extraneous DNA.</p> |
