PURPOSE:To sharpen the light absorption end of the title film and to enhance generation efficiency of a nonlinear shape by alternately laminating electron conductive molecular layers and electron blocking layers. CONSTITUTION:The electron conductive molecular layers 1 formed by orienting plural electron conductive molecular chains 11 in a film thickness direction or the direction having an angle with the film thickness direction and the electron blocking layers 2 consisting of non-electron conductive molecules are alternately laminated on a substrate 3. Diacetylene molecules 11a, 11b are then stuck onto the substrate 3 by, for example, an org. MBE (molecular beam epitaxy) method and UV light is projected thereto to form double bonds between the terminals C of the molecules 11a, 11b by which the molecular chains 11 are formed. The formation of the molecular chains 11 by the combination of electric charge transfer complexes and desired dyes is possible as well. |
