<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title product capable of removing ethylene and acetaldehyde produced in storing fruit vegetables, etc., by separately impregnating carriers with a Pd ion solution and a solution containing specific ions, such as copper, heat-treating the carriers and blending the resultant carriers in combination. CONSTITUTION:Carriers are separately impregnated with a solution of palladium ions and a solution containing one or more of copper, zinc, silver, lanthanum, vanadium or molybdenum ions and heat-treated. The above-mentioned two kinds of carriers are blended in combination to afford the aimed freshness retaining material.</p> |
