A fiber-reactive phthalocyanine cpd. of formula (I), useful for dyeing wool, silk, linear polyamides, cellulose and cotton, is new. In (I), Pc is metal-free or metal-contg. phthalocyanine; R1 and R2 are H, C1-6 alkyl, aryl, cycloalkyl or phenyl; R3 is H, C1-4 alkyl; X is H, C1-4 alkyl or alkoxy; Y is vinyl or -CH2-CH2Z [Z=-OSO3H, - SSO3H, -OPO3H2 or -Cl ; a is 0-2; b is 0-2; c is 1.7-2.6; a+b+c is at most 4.
