Microgranular compsns. have a core comprising one or more biologically active materials (I) in immobilised form. The core is encapsulated within a water-sol. film and coated with an enteric coating comprising an alkali-sol., acid-insol. polymer or a high-molecular weight polymer whose structure is substd. with or contains windows of fatty acids or other materials capable of being solubilised by intestinal juices.
