The sensor including the fixed electrode connected to the signal transmitting line and the capacitor connected to rotary electrode with fixed electrode, reduces the mechanical frictions causing the detection errors and noise. The signal transmitting lines which numbers are less than the one of the fixed electrodes, form the simple encoder circuit. The ratio of the rotating electrode to the fixed electrode is increased to improve the sensitivity and reduce the sensing error.
