PURPOSE:To secure the fixing of a lead wire and the fixing of a base main body by making the hardness of a base pin at the side implanted to the base main body lower than that at the side fixed to the lead wire. CONSTITUTION:One end side 32 of a base pin 3 is implanted to a base main body 1, and the other end side 33 is fixed to a lead wire 2 by a calking part 34. The hardness of the base pin 3 at the part 32 fixed to the base main body 1 is made 130+ or -10% HV, while that at the part 33 fixed to the lead wire 2 is made 180+ or -10% HV. That is, since the hardness of the fixing part 32 of the base pin 3 to the base main body 1 is made lower, the fixing work to open the pin in the funnel form and to fix to the base main body 1 is easier, and since the hardness of the part 33 to fix to the lead wire 2 is made higher, the reliability of the work of forming the sunken calking part 34 is increased. Consequently, the reliability of the fixing work to the base main body and to the lead wire can be improved at the same time. |
