PURPOSE:To retain the inside of bottles in an aseptic condition until contents have been filled in the bottles and, at the same time, make the bottle handling easy upon removal from a case, by sealing with a belt-shaped sealer the necks of a plurality of synthetic resin bottles equally spaced and retained in an aseptic condition and placing these bottles together in a row with this sealer. CONSTITUTION:After formation, a bottle 1 is kept in an aseptic condition. A plurality of the bottles are equally spaced in a row and their necks 3 are sealed with a belt-shaped sealer 2. A plurality of rows of the bottles 1 thus formed are placed in cases and shipped to a content filling factory, where the bottles 1 as-arranged in a row are taken out of the cases and transferred to a content filling process. After washing the outside of the bottle 1, the sealers 2 are removed from a plurality of the bottle necks 3 and the contents are filled in the bottles 1. Preferably, the sealers 2 are removed immediately before the filling of contents to prevent the entry of various bacteria. |
