PURPOSE:To form the title magnet of high density and high performance with high productivity by constructing the same with predetermined elements as a basic composition thereof and further with magnet powder of a particular grain size and organic resin. CONSTITUTION:The title magnet includes a basic composition rare earth metal, transition metal, and semi-metal or semiconductor elements, and further includes magnetic powder of a 3-200mum grain size yielded by a ultra-quenching method and organic resin. The organic resin includes thermosetting resin such as epoxy and polyester, etc., and thermoplastic resin and as nylon and PVC, etc., both being employed separately at need. |
