PURPOSE:To catch and wind linear material reliably even under high speed by arranging a phase-match clutch between the rotary drive system of a guide disc and a cam. CONSTITUTION:An operation lever 22a is projected to the side of a bobbin 6a and rotated so as to project a catch pawl 20a to the side of the bobbin 6a. Since a push board 24a comes quickly to a regular approach position, the catch pawl 20a is fully projected under a condition where the engaging section of the operation lever 22a is landed on a flat section 31a. In such a manner, the push board 24a is pushed out reliably by means of a phase-match rotary clutch 51a in synchronization with the bobbin 6a and a guide disc 3a and subsequently it is retracted, then a catching device 18a catches an optical fiber reliably then retracts. When the guide disc 3a and the bobbin 6a rotate furthermore, the optical fiber is torn off and winding of the optical fiber around the bobbin 6a is started. |
