摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a good operation feeling of a rear door of an automobile which incorporates the balancer used for a door opening/closing weight having a rotary shaft extending in the horizontal direction by designing a coil spring incorporated in the balancer to show a predetermined nonlinear load characteristic. CONSTITUTION:A stay 3 having an engaging flange 2 is fitted to the opening end of a bottomed metallic pipe 1 of a cylindrical shape and fixed thereto by a pin 4. There is formed a hole 6 in the bottom wall 5 of the metallic pipe 1, through which is inserted one end of a shaft 7, the other end of which is screwed integrally to a stay 8 of other side. An outer pipe 9 made of a synthetic resin and having a large diameter is provided so as to cover the shaft 7, the one end of which is fixed to the other side stay 8. Inside and outside of the metallic pipe 1 and outer pipe 9 thus constructed, there are incorporated three coil springs 10-12 respectively having different spring coefficients K1-K3.
