PURPOSE:To facilitate the production and change of the table definition by setting externally the table constitution defining data and the table contents data that define a table form and using a link showing the relation between the table contents of each oblong area to describe an optional table. CONSTITUTION:The graphic information on the length, the position, etc., of the direction where a table is fixed for each table item and the table constitution defining data which designates the propriety for division of pages, etc., are set at a table constitution defining data holding par 1. While the concrete contents of the table are set at a table contents data holding part 2 for each oblong area. Then a table allocation deciding part 3 decides the length of the variable direction of each oblong area in accordance with the table contents. A page dividing part 4 decides the page boundary coordinates in response to the propriety for division of pages in the table constitution defining data. Thus the table constitution defining data and the table contents data which define the form of a display part 5 are set from outside. Then an optional table is described by means of a link showing the relation between the table contents of each oblong area. |
