And, they are supplied to a bit counting part 5, a ''0'' bit counting part 7, a character constitution part 8, a control part 6 is operated, it is detected by the bit counting part 5 that a bit signal has been continued exceeding the prescribed number, and when said signal has been outputted, it is decided that read has been started. Accordingly, a read error caused by a noise, etc. in case when read has been started is prevented, and reliability of read information is greatly elevated. |
