Safety device to protect against sprayed foam and gas. The invention relates to a device making it possible to protect oneself from splashes of pressurised foam. It consists of a disc 1 having an orifice 3 in which is inserted the pouring spout 6 through which the liquid flows, the orifice being pierced in an elastic material 2 serving as a seal and for mobility of the disc 1. A border 4 located around the container 5 serving as additional protection. The device according to the invention is intended particularly for the initial tapping of full barrels in pressure machines for beer, lemonade or other aerated beverages. <IMAGE>
