PURPOSE:To perform the stable heat exchange without occurrence of the damage of a circulating pump of the titled device. CONSTITUTION:In a heating medium circulating type heat exchanger, a control valve 8 is provided on the way of a connecting pipe from a circulating pump 4 to a heating side heat exchanger 1, a suction buffer tank 6 is also provided on the way of a connecting pipe from a cooling side heat exchanger 2 to the suction side of said circulating pump 4. Further, said valve 8 and said tank 6 are connected by a liquid level controller 7, the liquid level of a heating medium inside of said suction buffer tank 6 is controlled by said control valve 8 and said controller 7. By such liquid level control, said pump 4 is continuously maintained to contact with said heating medium, accordingly, the seizure and the like of said circulating pump 4 can be prevented. |
