PURPOSE:To execute an efficient production by starting the forming of a metal thin film by making a stopper at a steady opening by a continuous opening and closing mechanism using a screw and rapidly opening and closing by operating a cylinder until the re-opening from the winding completion. CONSTITUTION:A molten metal is discharged to a lit nozzle 6 by opening a stopper 4 to a preopening after pouring a molten metal. The stopper 4 is opened to a constant opening by a screw 16 at a preset speed when a space part 7 is filled up. The forming of a metal thin film is thus executed. The molten metal pouring is re-opened by ascending a cylinder 21 to a full stroke again after the lapse of specified time by making the cylinder stroke zero rapidly with maintaining the opening of the screw side at the time when the winding of one unit part is completed. The product of uniform quality over the whole length is thus produced with good efficiency.
