The oil-immersed condenser is obtd. by impregnating elemental device of the condenser (composed of at least one dielectric substance of plastic film or insulating paper and a pair of electrodes) with insulating oil contg. organometallic compd. (having both hydrolyzable gp. and org. functional gp., i.e. org. silane compd., org. titanate compd.).
