PURPOSE:To automatically enable a blowing repair by providing a blowing nozzle unit freely revolvably by a revolving device projectable to a tundish side and providing a traversing device vertically making the blowing nozzle movable in the longitudinal direction of the tundish. CONSTITUTION:A blowing device 3 repairs a blowing nozzle unit 10 by blowing by projecting it to a tundish 1 side when a turntable 8 is revolved by the revolving device 9 of a hydraulic cylinder by mounting the turntable 8 on the blowing device main body 7 and in case of its retreat the blowing nozzle 10 is revolved to the truck 4 side like a dashed line. The blowing nozzle unit 10 is arranged freely liftably by a lift driving device 12 via a sliding stock 11 on the blowing device main body 7 and also arranged freely at its traversing by a rack pinion by fitting to a horizontal beam like traversing device 13 via the sliding material 11. The blowing of a refractory can be done by executing the traveling of the truck 4 and traversing of the traversing device 13 by the specified program setting. The blowing repair can thus be executed automatically even in case of a deformed tundish. |
