<p>PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of soundproof flooring by a method wherein a foamed sheet is vacuum-formed after being softened by heating and cut in lengths and, after that, elastic resin is poured in the cut sheet and finally flooring is arranged in a vacuum mold so as to be integrally laminated to a foamed sheet. CONSTITUTION:Foamed sheet 1 is unwound from a wind-up roll 5 and passed between a vertical pair of hot platens 6 so as to be softened by heating. Next, the resultant thermally softened foamed sheet 1 is arranged in a vacuum mold 2. By reducing the pressure in the vacuum mold 2, the foamed sheet 1 is vacuum-formed into the predetermined shape. After that, the formed foamed sheet 1 is cut in lengths with a Thomson cutter 8. Peripheral slug 1a left after cutting is wound up by a wind-up roll 9. Next, after the interior of the vacuum mold 2 is brought back to normal pressure, elastic resin 3 is poured in the foamed sheet 1 in the vacuum mold 2. After that, a flooring 4 is arranged in the vacuum mold 2 and then pressed with a thickness controlling surface plate 11 so as to be laminated to the foamed sheet 1 into an integral body by means of the adhesion of the elastic resin 3.</p> |
