PURPOSE:To prevent a disc-shaped medium from deforming at releasing by a structure wherein an inner ring member including an inner stamper holder is slidably provided and a screw shaft, which abuts against the tapered part formed on the outer periphery of the inner ring member, is retractably provided on a movable mold. CONSTITUTION:After material is injected, dwelled, compression-molded and cooled down, molds are opened and a runner ejector sleeve 6 is ejected. At that time, by screwing in a screw shaft 15 so as to push a tapered part 51, an inner stamper holder 5 is ejected through an inner ring member 52, a molded item is released from the molds by being pushed by the ejection surfaces of both the sleeve and the inner stamper holder and, at the same time, air or gas is forced in from an air blasting slit S, resulting in allowing to easily and infallibly release the item from the molds. Further, since the ejecting area of the ejector sleeve 6 is made larger by providing a tapered part, the deformation, angle of warpage, deflection and the like of the molded item due to the unbalance at ejection is suppressed as small as possible, resulting in allowing to mass-produce highly accurate and favorable quality product. |
