PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a plastic film layer of a required thick ness by applying and drying a liquid-state plastic composition on a parting agent, and applying the plastic film to a base film by utilizing thermal softening or thermal adhesive property of the plastic. CONSTITUTION:A liquid-state composition of a polyolefine resin made by graft- polymerizing vinyl compound containing carbonic acid, emulsion of acrylic acid graft polyethylene for example, is flowed over a parting agent such as a film of polyethylene telephthalate as a first step. It is arranged such that a plastic film is formed to a specified thickness. The plastic film is then applied to a base film of cellulose or the like by a transfer method to form a composite film of base film/denatured plastic film. Since this process reproduces the plastic layer or the plastic film from the liquid-state plastic composition, adjustment of its thickness to a required value becomes easy. |
