<p>PURPOSE: To remove an intersection short circuit in a convenient style and hold electric continuity passing through an intersection area by forming conductive tracks in the intersection area which has mutually separated conduction passages and applying a specific voltage between crossing conductive tracks. CONSTITUTION: In the intersection area 21 which has the conduction passages 24-26 that are electrically connected to one another in parallel and mutually separated, the conductive tracks 12 and 14 are formed. If there is an intersection short circuit between the conductive passages 24-26 and other conductive tracks 12 and 14, the specific voltage which is high enough to fuse the conductive passages 24-26 is applied between the crossing conductive tracks. Consequently, a short circuit is caused, the relative conductive passages are fused to form gaps in the passages, so that the passages substantially become open circuits. Other conductive passages at the intersection are separated physically from the short-circuit passages, so they are not affected by the fusing operation and the electric continuity of the conductive tracks in an effective area is maintained.</p> |
