Rails (5, 6) which are provided for locking a front plug (4) are mounted at the top and bottom in a mounting rack, only for installation. The wiring up of the front plug (4) is very simple as a result of this locking. The rails (5, 6) are unscrewed again before the plug-in assemblies are pushed in for bringing into use. <IMAGE>
