PURPOSE: To enable an administrator and an operator to communicate well with each other by displaying characters, set in a character data memory at power-ON time, at a display part only for a time set in a display time memory. CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with the character data memory 12 which stores character data, a display time memory 13 which stores the character display time, a data setting means 14 which sets the necessary data in those character data memory 12 and display time memory 13, a character display control means 15 which displays the characters, set in the character data memory 12 at power-ON time, at the display part 11 only for the time set in the display time memory 13. Therefore, when the power source is turned on, the characters set in the character data memory 12 are displayed at the display part 11 for the time set in the display time memory 13. Consequently, the administrator and operator can communicate well with each other and the practicality is improved. |
