<p>A synthetic ligament for knees, made of a biocompatible material, comprises an active ligamentary part arranged between the femoral (9, 10) and tibial (11, 12) regions of intra-articular penetration. Said active ligamentary part comprises a first pair of approximately parallel main elements (1, 2) which are integral with each other at the level (24) of said active ligamentary region, and a second pair of intermediate elements (3, 4) which are crossed at the level of said active ligamentary part and are integral with the first pair of main elements (1, 2) starting from, and at the level of, the femoral (9, 10) and tibial (11, 12) regions of intra-articular penetration, in the direction of the exit from the tunnels (6).</p> |
