PURPOSE:To form intermediate holes for feeding or extruding a kneading material on the feeding hole side or on the extruding hole side or on both sides and to achieve improvements of working efficiency and installation efficiency, by inserting removably a divider member for dividing a kneading path formed in a cylinder on a screw shaft. CONSTITUTION:A divider member 6 is removably inserted on a screw shaft 8 to divided a kneading path 7 and a single kneading path is thereby constituted of a plurality of kneading paths. As the result, in addition to usual feeding and extruding holes 2 and 3, additional intermediate holes 4 and 5 for feeding and extruding a kneading material can be formed on a cylinder 1. E.g., at an opening formed by taking out a ring member 13, by using the divider member 6 as a boundary, a top cover 23 for closing the upper part is fit on its feeding hole 2 side to form an intermediate extruding hole 4 facing the lower side and a bottom cover 14 for closing the bottom part is fit on its extruding hole 3 side to form an intermediate feeding hole 5 facing the upper side. It is thereby possible to secure a variety of kneading modes of a material without exchanging screw shafts and installing a different kneading and extrusion apparatus and to improve working efficiency and installation efficiency. |
