Heating system consisting of a heat exchanger, an external-combustion heat engine, a compressor heat pump and a heat plant. The compressor and the expansion engine of the compressor heat pump are coupled to an external-combustion heat engine. The waste gases obtained by combustion supply the external-combustion heat engine with heat and then flow through a part of the heat exchanger. The external-combustion heat engine has a cooler fitted in the heat exchanger and drives the compressor. The waste gases driving the external-combustion heat engine, after flowing through the first part of the heat exchanger, pass into the compressor, are compressed there and then flow through the second part of the heat exchanger, releasing their heat. After flowing through the latter, they pass into the expansion engine and drive the latter. The expansion engine for its part drives, along with the external-combustion heat engine, the compressor. By virtue of this design, not only the heat obtained during combustion is utilised, but also the temperature difference between the heated medium and the combustion temperature. |
