The state of the art is such an installation with at least one water-dispensing arrangement (18 or 20), in front of which an electric resistance heating element (36) lying in the water supply line (10; 110) is arranged; see DE-OS 3545815. Behind the last dispensing arrangement, the supply line is completed, by means of a water return line, to form a ring line, in which water circulates, which is in heat-conducting connection with each dispensing arrangement, the outlet valves acting directly on the supply line. The disadvantage of this known installation is the high installation and operating cost outlay for circulating and heating the water. The aim of the invention is the relatively simple construction of a similar installation with lower power consumption with the same heating capacity. The aim is achieved by the supply line (10; 110) ending at a final dispensing arrangement (20; 182) and being laid past each upstream dispensing arrangement (18; 186, 20, 18) without significant heat-conducting connection therewith, one outlet valve of the arrangement (18; 20) being connected to the supply line (10; 110), and by the heatable supply line section in front of the first dispensing arrangement (18) being designed as a water supply container (14; 114) which contains the heating element (36; 136).
