A thermoplastic elastomer composition containing from 90 to 10 % by weight of an elastomer from the group consisting of nitrile rubber grades and acrylate elastomers and containing at least 30 % by weight of a gel component which is insoluble in methyl ethyl ketone and from 10 to 90 % by weight of vinylidene fluoride resin.
