PURPOSE:To dispense with the complicated adjustment of an input shaft and to reduce multi-shaft sensitivity due to the inferiority of the interchangeability and adjustment of an apparatus, by providing a mechanism, which makes the direction of the input axis of the apparatus adjustable around two axes crossing each other at a right angle, to the apparatus and making the direction of the input axis parallel to a reference axis. CONSTITUTION:The closed end of a cylindrical body 4-1 having a tuning fork, a hinge and a piezoelectric element mounted therein, one end surface of an elastic member 5, the other end surface of the member 5-1 and one end surface of an adjusting plate 50 are bonded in almost parallel to an input axis Z-Z in such a state that the center axis of all of the cylindrical body 4-1, the member 5-1 and the adjusting plate 50 are made common. For three screws 52, screw holes are provided to the other end surface of the adjusting plate 50 and idle holes permitting the passage of the screw part of each of the screws 52 are provided to a fixing metal fitting 51 and the other end surface of the adjusting plate 50 is fixed to one end surface of the metal fitting 51 erected on a base plate 9 by the screws 52. Rotary motion is applied to the apparatus around an X-X axis and a Y-Y axis and adjusted by the screws 52 so that respective outputs become zero to fix the input axis Z-Z in parallel to the reference axis Z'-Z' of a case 53 and the base plate 9. |
