PURPOSE:To smooth the surface of a heat insulating material and to improve the heat insulation and strength of a panel itself by attaching a thin air permeable layer to substantially whole areas of at least one inner faces of a pair of facing hard surface plates, and filling by pouring and foaming a foamable organic heat insulating material for impregnating and permeating the thin air permeable layers between the hard surface plates. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating sandwiched panel is composed of a pair of facing hard surface plates 10, 10, thin air permeable layers 12 attached substantially to the whole areas of the inner faces of the surface plates 10, 10, and a foamable organic heat insulating material 14 filled by pouring and foaming between the plates 10 and 10 for impregnating and permeating the layers 12. The material 14 poured between the plates 10 and 10 is formed, for example, of phenol resin foam, urea resin foam or polyurethane foam, etc. In case of foaming, air foams generated on the surface of the heat insulating material upon impregnation and absorption with the thin layer 12 or upon transmission of the continuous air foams of the layer 12 are externally discharged, the generation of the air foams on the surface of the heat insulating material is eliminated in the state that the material 14 is foamed, then solidified and filled. |
