A resilient plastic outsole for sport shoes comprises under the heel tread surface (A) a cavity (4) for receiving a plurality of individual bodies (5) made of an elastic material which fill the cavity and make point or regional contact with one another to form interstices. The individual bodies (5) can be spherical and be mutually connected by a matrix of small connecting pins to facilitate handling.
