<p>PURPOSE:To cope with plural frequencies with a simple constitution by switching the rotating speed of a rotating magnetic head, a recording carrier frequency and a clock signal ton times when the sampling signal of a new signal to be processed in n times. CONSTITUTION:At the time of inputting the signal of a standard sampling frequency, the oscillating output of an oscillator 41 is used as the basic clock of A/D converters 32, 39, PCM signal processing circuits 33, 38 and video circuits 34, 36 through a 44kHz generating part 51. Then, when the signal of the sampling frequency of 48kHz different from the standard is recorded, the output of the oscillator 41 is used as the basic clock of A/D converters 32, 39, the circuits 33, 38 and the circuits 34, 36. At this time, a cycle signal from the circuit 34 is supplied to a servo circuit 42, thereby, the rotating speed of the rotating head and the rotating speed of a capstan motor are controlled so as to increase by about 10%. Thereby, the input signals of the various sampling frequencies can be recorded and reproduced with the simple constitution.</p> |
