The invention relates to a control device for motor vehicles, with a drive source and with an automatic transmission, the transmission being shiftable via a selector lever from at least one neutral position to at least one driving position, a releasable locking device acting on the selector lever. According to the invention, there is provided a foot-actuable coupling element which, in the actuated state, is connected to the locking device and releases the selector lever and which interrupts the force flux between the drive source and driving wheels of the motor vehicle. |
