Control system for multiple power sources of a vehicle to obtain the optimum output torque under control conditions which meet the various operating states selected by the driver. Signals from a plurality of sensors detecting the state of the vehicle are preset by selection means, and are judged in predetermined combinations, thereby controlling the outputs of the power sources and the clutch and enabling the use of the combination of power sources under the operational state of the vehicle in the above combination.
