PURPOSE:To improve the mass productivity and the accuracy by manufacturing the mirror board of a scroll and a spirally formed wrap independently, while molding a continuous plastic work joint on the mirror board then jointing the end face of wrap and the mirror board. CONSTITUTION:A spirally molded wrap 10 is restricted by a positioning zig not shown, and after confirming the dimensional accuracy mounted on a plurality of projections 12 on an upper mirror board 11 and secured through resistance welding. The upper mirror board 11 and the lower mirror board 15 are jointed by fitting the projection 17 in a hole 13, then a bearing box 18 is jointed to the under side of the lower mirror board 15 through resistance welding or friction welding to form a swing scroll. Then the mirror board 20 and the wrap 22 are resistance welded at the projection 21 and fitted in the step 25 of a tube 24 to be brazed thereafter the flange 26 is fitted in the step 27 of the tube 24 and brazed to form a fixed scroll. |
