<p>PURPOSE:To achieve stable strip operation, by stripping a wire through a rotary grinding wheel. CONSTITUTION:When a drive frame is driven in the direction B, a drive gear 15 secured to the inner face of the drive frame is rotated clockwise with respect to an inner tubular base 1. Consequently, a driven gear 22 starts reverse rotation and causes following rotation of a rolling arm 23a. A wire W is held by a grinding wheel 27a supported by the rolling arm 23a and the grinding wheel 27a slides on the outer circumference of the wire W. Since the tubular base 1 rotates continuously in the direction A, the wire W is abraded by the rotating grinding wheel 27a over the entire circumference thus removing insulation coating.</p> |
