发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTOR MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To feed oxygen sufficiently regardless of the quality of a metal pipe and to manufacture a superconductor material of an excellent superconductive property by using a metal pipe which consists of copper or a stainless steel of a low cost, providing plural penetrating holes from the metal pipe reaching to the inside oxide superconductor, and after that, applying a heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:An oxide superconductor powder or a mixture powder to make an oxide superconductor by heating is filled in a pipe material which consists of copper, a copper alloy, or a stainless steel. The pipe material is processed into wire-form, and plural penetrating holes are formed from the surface of the pipe-form linear body processed into a wire reaching to the inside filler. The linear body with the penetrating holes as it is, or after the penetrating holes are blocked with an organic substance, is formed into a specific coil-form, and heat-treated in the ambiance including oxygen. The oxide superconductor is made into a perovskite structure superconductor including a rare earth element, and an oxide superconductor material of a low cost and an excellent superconductive property can be manufactured.
