摘要 PURPOSE: To eliminate a releasing agent application process and improve releasing performance of a formed sole from a mold cavity, by guiding foaming liquid polyurethane into a mold cavity and foaming and cross-linking it to form a foam polyurethane sole and integrating a fluorescent pigment layer with the sole surface. CONSTITUTION: After coating and drying a releasing agent added with a fluorescent pigment to a forming surface 01 of a mold cavity 0, foaming liquid polyurethane is guided into the mold cavity 0 and foamed and cross-linked to form a foam polyurethane sole 1. A fluorescent pigment layer 2 is formed integrally on the sole surface. Thus, it is possible to obtain a sole with the integrally formed fluorescent pigment layer 2 on the surface of the sole 1. As the releasing agent, one used for rubber plastic, such as fluorine based one and silicon based one, stearate, and soaps can be used.
