PURPOSE:To enable shaping the axial thickness of an apparatus thinner by eliminating an armature coil at the specified place of a coreless flat armature to form a through hole, arranging a permanent magnet in said through hole, and further arranging an eccentric weight plate at one side face of said permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:One armature coil or more at the specified place of a coreless flat armature 30 is eliminated to form a through hole, in which a permanent magnet 22 magnetized in any one magnetic pole of N pole or S pole is arranged to face a field magnet 14. An eccentric weight plate 29 composed of magnetic material such as iron plate is arranged at the top surface part on the opposite side of the face opposed to the field magnet 14 of said permanent magnet 22. |
