PURPOSE:To perform a stable circulation of cooling water in case of feeding of decreased cooling water by a method wherein a volume of cooling water for radiater at the inlet part of a pump is set larger than that of a radiater at the outlet part of a pump in the device composed of two radiaters which can be communicated to each other through pipings. CONSTITUTION:The first and second radiaters 32 and 34 are composed of upper tanks 36, 42, cores 38, 44 and lower tanks 40, 46. Both upper tanks 36, 42 are connected and communicated through a piping 48, both lower tanks 40, 46 are connected and communicated through a piping 50. To the piping 50 is arranged a pump 52 and then an engine 54 is arranged at the intake part of the pump 52. A volume of cooling water of said first radiater 32 is made larger than a volume of cooling water of second radiater 34. In this way, even if the cooling water is decreased due to its evaporation, it is possible to keep always a volume of cooling water exceeding the volume indicated by dots, so that the cooling water is smoothly circulated and a stable cooling of the engine 54 can be performed. |
