PURPOSE: To reduce the repairing cost and component replacing cost by providing a housing assembly including a drive shaft housing, a steering assembly, a trimming assembly and a drive shaft device, an engine and a lower device. CONSTITUTION: A drive shaft assembly 13 is provided with a boat fitting portion 18 for fitting a drive shaft housing assembly 13 to a boat 11, an engine fitting portion 19 for fitting an engine 12 and connecting an engine exhaust manifold 16 and a drive device fitting portion 20 for fitting a propeller drive device or a lower device 14. The drive shaft housing assembly 13 is also provided with a steering assembly 35, a trim adjusting device system 37, a lower device adapter 38 and a drive shaft device 39. The engine 12 can be removed from the device or lifted in the boat 11 without taking out the boat 11 from the water surface, and the lower device 14 can be removed from a propulsion device 10. |
