发明名称 REMOVAL OF ACIDIC COMPONENT AND NITROGEN OXIDE FROM WASTE GAS OF INDUSTRIAL FURNACE APPARATUS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To neutralize and evaporate the salt soln. absorbed and generated by an aq. ammonium salt soln. by NH3 and to remove acidic gaseous NOx by oxidizing No by O2 included in exhaust gases, adding an org. compd. thereto and adjusting an NO2 /SO2 ratio to a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION: The org. compd., such as CH3 OH, forming radials is added from a conduit 33 to the exhaust gases and the NO is oxidized together with the O2 in these gases to NO2 . The greater part of the gases enter a first absorption stage 19 through an electrostatic precipitator 14. The acidic gases, such as NO2 , SO2 , SO3 and HCl, are scrubbed by the aq. ammonium salt-contg. soln. in this stage. The molar ratio of the SO2 to the NO2 is then adjusted to 0.01 to 0.5 in a second absorption stage 25. NH3 water is added to the gases from a conduit 26 to get rid of the NO2 and acidic components. The salt soln. obtd. in the absorption stages 19, 25 are both supplied to a neutral vessel 30 where the NH3 water is added thereto from a pipe 31. These solns. are sent to a drying device 6 where the solns. are evaporated and dried by part of the exhaust gases. The pelletized salts are separated in a separator 8.</p>
