PURPOSE:To always maintain a constant microspacing between a peripheral surface of a magnetic drum and a magnetizing head, and to enable magnetization to be performed according to the predetermined way, by a structure wherein a pair of rollers are fixed to the both sides of the magnetizing head, and a pair of the rollers are contacted to the peripheral surface of the magnetic drum with being pressurized by means of a pushing device. CONSTITUTION:A central shaft 2 of a magnetic drum 1 is provided with a pushing device 9 through a bearing 8. The base section of the pushing device 9 is attached to the fixing section of the main body of this magnetizing apparatus. The central shaft 2 is pushed toward the magnetizing head 3, and thereby the peripheral surface of the magnetic drum 1 is contacted to a pair of rollers 5 and 5', on the side of the magnetizing head 3 with being pressurized. Now, for the pushing device 9, the pushing force is provided by a spring, air pressure, oil pressure or the like. When the peripheral surface of the magnetic drum 1 is contacted to a pair of the rollers 5, 5' with being pressurized, even if decentering is generated between the central shaft 2 and the magnetic drum 1, a constant microspacing is always maintained between the magnetizing head 3 to which the rollers 5, 5' are fixed and the peripheral surface of the magnetic drum 1. |
