<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate bad influence of temporary undershoot or overshoot contained in an actually measured temperature, which is exerted on a control system, by detecting a time variation of a temperature setting signal by a means for discriminating three kinds of operating states of a constant temperature, a temperature rise and a temperature fall. CONSTITUTION:A temperature controller 8 compares an input from a temperature setting signal generator 7 with a signal from a temperature sensor 6 which detects a temperature of a constant temperature oven 1, and heats the oven 1 by an electric heater 2 through an electric power controller 10, by quantity corresponding to its difference. On the other hand, a deciding circuit 9 inputs a temperature setting signal, discriminates a constant temperature state, a temperature rise state and a temperature fall state, and controls an operation of a refrigerator 3 and a blower 5. Accordingly, as for the operating state of the refrigerator being a device, the operation is stopped during the temperature rise state, and the refrigerator is operated at the time of the constant temperature state and the temperature fall state, therefore, start and stop of the refrigerator are decided by only a state of the temperature setting signal.</p> |
